How long does it take for my website to be delivered?

5-7 business days. Once we receive your HOME Design Brief, our team will begin setting up your new website. MLS approval time varies and is a prerequisite to launching your IDX Broker-powered site to the public.

How is my website delivered?

When your site is ready for delivery, after we’ve completed any and all work included in the HOME Design Brief, we’ll send you an email to confirm we are prepared to go live.

I already have a WordPress website. Can my content be transferred to a new HOME website?

Yes! We will use the built-in WordPress import/export feature to transfer your existing content. We are happy to aid in the (re)organization of the imported content. Please note – any content/pages created with custom page builders or unsupported plugins may not be transferred.

Does IDX Broker offer custom web design services?

Yes! Upon setup, and after you’ve chosen a theme, our team will personalize your site for you. Color schemes, logos, navigation menu setup, and up to 4 premade community pages are included in the setup.


If you find you need higher levels of customization, tell us about your project! We are committed to making sure that your website design supports your brand and drives lead generation and conversion. For a custom quote, please contact us.

What will the website look like when it’s delivered to me?

When delivered, websites match the demo site for the theme you choose. This includes the widget configuration. We will upload your logo and set the theme colors to provide a more personalized look.


What if my domain name is being used for my existing website?

We install your new site on a temporary URL to give you time to get your new website ready to launch. Once you are ready, we will point your domain to the new website.

Is email service included?

No. However, we recommend our clients get a Google G Suite account. This provides business-class email services that you can rely on.


As part of the standard website setup, we will configure your domain for your Google account.


Should you require a more elaborate setup, a Google G Suite fee may be incurred.

Is a domain name included?

A domain name is an asset to your real estate business. It is something that should be purchased from a dedicated domain name registrar (i.e. Domains.com, GoDaddy.com).


Once you have a domain name, we will manage it for you by pointing the URL to your HOME website, IDX search pages, and chosen email provider.

What happens to my website should I decide to cancel?

After cancelling, we will export all website content and provide it to you in an archived file.


Hosting: IDX Broker ™ HOME sites are hosted by a company called Flywheel. Upon cancelling, some clients choose to remain hosted by Flywheel, while others do not. Once you select your hosting provider, the archived file we provide can be imported into your new WordPress site.


What determines my monthly cost?

Monthly fees varies depending on:

  • Base price
  • MLS fees
  • Optional add-ons
  • Number of users on your account

Are there any contracts?

No, subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. Simply contact support at least 2 full business days before your monthly renewal to cancel. We will provide you with a link to fill out our cancellation form.
