Consumers Can Now View the Lovely Lincoln County MLS Properties with IDX Broker

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. is pleased to announce that they are now able to display the property listings data from the Lincoln County MLS (LCMLS) through their custom IDX solution, IDX Broker. Now participating real estate professionals Montana can have their subscription to LCMLS compiled into easy to use and fully customizable search tools. This will allow consumers interested in Montana property to search on their own time and from their own homes.

LCMLS has almost $2 million wroth of real estate data that subscribing brokers can access and integrate onto their Websites. The IDX search tools come with options for search types – advanced, basic, map based, listing number, and address search. They also include lead generation capabilities with applications like My Property Manager, traffic tracking data and preferred property pages. The agent or broker can also include slide shows and change the criteria the search forms display.
