Kelly Burns Offers Clients Customized IDX Search Tools on his Keynote Realty Website

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. has customized the MLS search function of real estate agent Kelly Burns’ website to include more search options and seamless integration into the Keynote Realty site. The Keynote site now allows Burn’s clients more ways to narrow down their search as they browse through the thousands of listings in Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR) MLS.

IDX Broker makes it effortless for Burns to keep listings up-to-date by automatically pulling information from the PPAR MLS, transferring it to the search function, and integrating it to match the framework of the Keynote site. Clients looking for homes in the greater Colorado Springs area can now search for residential properties, rentals, lots and land, or farms using such criteria as fencing, floor plan, lot description, appliances, and subdivision. The ‘map search’ feature, powered by Google Maps, allows clients to see a satellite view of the landscape and the listings’ relativity to roads, landmarks, and other properties.

In addition to providing search tools for his clients, IDX Broker offers an administrative control panel which gives Burns 100% control over the look of and content on his site. Information such as traffic reports and daily updates from the MLS are sent directly to Burns’ administrative dashboard for his review so that he can better manage his site and ultimately increase sales.
