Caryn Kuhlman with Coldwell Banker Selects IDX Broker for a Customized Search Experience

EUGENE, ORE. – IDX, Inc. announces the addition of Caryn Kuhlman with Coldwell Baker Real Estate based in Lombard, Ill. to its rapidly expanding network of real estate professionals using custom designed search tools on their websites from IDX Broker. Caryn’s website now features multiple new search criteria for homes from the MLS Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED).

The custom IDX solution Caryn chose for her website includes the option of searching not only by square footage and style, but also by exposure (city, lake, park, etc.), community, and nearby schools for which there is a school report card section on the site for reference. All of these search features can also be viewed on a map in reference to the property being searched so that clients are better able to visualize proximity.

These advanced search tools have been integrated seamlessly into Caryn’s website so that visually it appears cohesive. This use of customized IDX tools will make it easier for clients in the Lombard area to narrow down the search for, and have more success finding, their “dream home”.
