Aaron Mallo with Red Top Realty has Added the IDX Broker Search Application to his Comprehensive Real Estate Site

The IDX search tools allow Mallo to connect his clients with thousands of property listings from the Spokane Association of Realtors MLS (SARMLS) a Multiple Listing Service he subscribes to.

With the IDX tools, Aaron Mallo is able to automatically provide his Website visitors with the property listings information that until now, he had to spend valuable time providing. IDX Broker uses the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) to download the information from SARMLS and then display it according to Mallo’s preferences. Not only is Mallo able to determine where the information is placed and its style, but he is able to make changes whenever he likes from his administrative logon. From there he can add options such as slideshows, access traffic reporting tools and connect with potential leads.

Aaron Mallo’s customers and site visitors are able to search for properties according to their preferred criteria, with possibilities such as price, location and size.
